  • All Tenants Rent payment dates will stay the same. Rent Payments are due by the prescribed Lease payment date. Rent amounts will stay the same as current payments.

  • Please fill out the Application with complete information. We realize that all Tenants have previously made application, this will guaranty that all contact and billing information is current and will not cause a delay in contact in the event of an emergency or housing issue.
  • Contacts For any Repair & Maintenance issues please provide requests in writing with monthly Rent payment. Only 'Landlord responsibility' items will be addressed. For "Emergency Repairs" that must be addressed immediately contact the emergency repair number. Emergency Repairs include items that must be repaired immediately or damage to the building or apartment is imminent. Contact Utilities directly.

  • On-time Discount: - Please Note that the Landlord provides a Discount (Coupon or Credit Memo is provided) to all of the Tenants that are 100% on-time throughout the year with Rent payments as expected.
  • Late Penalty: - Late Rent Payments have a penalty that will be levied, per the Lease. Understandably, the Bank does not forgive us, the Landlord, from paying the mortgage or taxes late when rents are not collected and provides us a penalty.
  • Utilities and Conservation: - Because Commercial Unit Utilities are not metered separately it is important to know that Utilities are budgeted annually. The Commercial Unit Tenants pay for the Utilities as an apportioned payment based on size as part of your monthly rent. Over use of Utilities WILL result in an increase in the Utility portion of the Rent.

    Any deficit will be made up as an increase, so please, practice conservation of:
    • Temperature setpoints
    • Outlet and lighting usage
    • Water and sewer usage
    • Other electrical loads

NOTE: Please report any overuse situations to the Property Manager immediately.
